Customers shipping within the continental 48 United States can enjoy free ground shipping on qualifying products. Simply look for "FREE SHIPPING" on items throughout the store.
Delivery to PO Boxes, APO & FPO
Please note that FEDEX and UPS are unable to ship to a PO Box, APO and FPO address. If applicable, your billing address may contain these address types, however, the carriers will not be able to deliver to them.
Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii& Canada
For those customers located in Alaska, Hawaii & Canada standard shipping rates apply to all orders. Customers may choose from standard or expedited shipping options for their order at checkout.
Processing Time vs. Shipping Time
Processing time is the time necessary to process the order, pull & assemble the item, ready the order for shipping and queue the order to be sent out with the carrier. Each item may have a different processing time (see "Availability" on the product page), but usually items require 1 - 5 business days for processing.
Shipping Time or Transit Time is the estimated time it takes for the item to be shipped to the customer based on the method of delivery chosen at check out. Choosing an expedited service does not reduce the amount of time required for processing, only the amount of time it will take for the deliver service to deliver the item. We place priority on prompt and timely delivery service. Product arrival dates are based on information given to us by our suppliersand are not binding or grounds for cancellation.
Shipping & Order Confirmations
Shortly after placing your order, you’ll receive an email confirming that we’ve received your order. You’ll receive a second email when your order has shipped. (You’ll receive more than one shipment confirmation email if your order is fulfilled in multiple shipments). Please save these email invoices for your records.
General Shipping Policy
We work diligentlry to ensure our shipping and handling prices and policies are as fair as possible, so you benefit from our competitive pricing, plus the convenience of delivery to your door.
For your convenience, we offer four shipping options: Standard Ground, Express Saver, Two Day Air, and Next Day Air. If you ordered two or more items, you may receive them in multiple boxes on different days, because of varying item availability and shipping locations. We do not charge you extra shipping for split shipments.
Because Next Day and Two Day delivery service involve air transport, some items cannot be shipped via these options. Some items that are considered very large or heavy must be shipped to you via freight carrier—these items are identified at time of purchase.
We do our best to ensure that shipping is correctly calculated before you purchase; however, at times it may not be possible to do so accurately. We reserve the right to notify you after you’ve purchased an item of any additional shipping or handling charges necessary to deliver your order. Product arrival dates are based on information given to us by our suppliersand are not binding or grounds for cancellation.
Mattress Cancellation Policy – Relaxed Wellness Mattress and Relaxed Wellness Mattress Set (mattress and box spring) Orders
After orders are delivered/recieved due to sanitary reasons ALL SALES ARE FINAL. In the event an exception is made and a refund must be issued, it will be processed and mailed in the form of a check from our corporate office. Please allow 4-6 weeks for processing and mailing. Cancellation requests after the product has been ordered will incur a 20% return and restocking fee. No returns of the goods are permitted without prior authorization of the seller. If a return is granted an RMA number is required. Cancelling Purchaser is to be held financially responsible for the freight to the Purchaser and the return freight to the Seller's warehouse. Purchaser must return the origional goods intact with all components (CD stero, speakers, subwoofers,remotes,Instructions, ect). All components must be in like new condition. If goods are not in a like new condition the Seller at his discretion may decline Purchaser's return or charge Purchaser a fee for missing items or items that the Seller determines are damaged or require service. The Purchaser is responsible for any damaged freight upon return. PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL ADJUSTABLE FOUNDATION SALES ARE FINAL. ADJUSTABLE FOUNDATIONS CANNOT BE RETURNED FOR ANY REASON. If you discover a defect or other problem with your adjustable foundation, you must call the dedicated customer service number supplied with the foundation. A team of specialists will attempt to resolve your issue or arrange a service call.
Accessories. ie sheets, pillows and mattress protectors CANNOT be returned once opened. If you would like to return an accessory order once it has been delivered, you must call us at 702-956-2168 to request an RMA number and then ship the item back to us in the original, unopened packaging. We will not accept returns of accessory items that have been used or otherwise damaged from their original condition. You are responsible for the cost of shipping. Once the returned items are received, you will be refunded the original purchase amount minus the shipping costs (if not paid by you already) and a 20% restocking fee.
